The Opportunity

Our client is a growing and highly successful professional services firm with a presence across Australia. Considered a true market leader, they are widely recognised for their innovative and progressive culture and operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Officer to join an inclusive, tight knit finance function on a permanent full time basis.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Collection of overdue accounts via email and phone call;
• Liaising with partners to assist with collection of their clients' outstanding debtors;
• Receipting & allocation of payments;
• Weekly and monthly reconciliations;
• Resolving client queries;
• Maintaining client files and accounts;

The Expertise

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced credit candidate to build on their skills and join a large, successful business. The successful applicant will possess the following:

• 3+ years experience within credit or collections
• Experience working in a large, complex business (professional services experience is favourable)
• Good decision-making skills when collecting from debtors
• A proactive approach, looking to drive outcomes and process improvements
• A team player with the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
