Accounts Officer

Great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Kingsgrove. Due to expansion and growth, the team are looking for a strong accounts all-rounder to join their busy team.

Your new role

Your duties will include

• Processing Accounts Receivable
• Processing creditor payments, matching invoices to purchase orders, investigating discrepancies and data input
• Providing assistance with Month End & Year End financial reporting (tasks include general ledger reconciliations, preparation of schedules and posting of general ledger journals)
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for accounts receivable
• Review and understand ledger transactions and accounts

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, and General Ledgers
• Excel skills for data sorting, analysis, and summarisation
• High attention to detail and ownership of work is critical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A background in a manufacturing industry is an advantage
