About the role:
The Finance Officer - Accounting is responsible for providing high-quality bookkeeping in relation to financial management, data entry and administration matters for all clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process General Ledger Journals; Accruals, Prepayments and Other End of Month Journals
• General processing and reviews of bank transactions
• End of month close off for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Bank Accounts
• End of month, Bank Statement and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Reporting for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Administration and maintenance of systems
• Processing of client and supplier invoices
• Processing payments and managing obligations to suppliers, subcontractors and other third-party creditors
• Reviewing payroll reports and adjustments
• Monitoring working capital balances and cash flow

About you:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience and using an accounting system
• A fast learner and looking for a career path in accounting & finance
• Highly organised with good time management skills
• Good communication both written and verbal
