Accounts All Rounder

We're partnering with a leading business in the building materials industry that supplies high-quality, innovative products to the commercial and industrial sectors across Australia. With a strong reputation in the market and a supportive team environment, they're currently looking for an experienced Accounts Support professional to join their centralized finance team.

This is a hands-on allrounder role with a primary focus on credit control and data management, while also supporting accounts payable functions as needed. You'll work closely with the Credit Control Manager and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing accounts receivable and credit control, including chasing overdue payments and maintaining credit limits

Investigating and resolving account discrepancies and customer queries

Updating and maintaining accurate debtor records and data

Assisting with accounts payable including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs

Supporting end-of-month reporting and data integrity checks

Liaising with internal teams such as sales and operations for account accuracy

Handling customer communications in a professional, courteous manner

Contributing to process improvements and ad hoc financial admin tasks

What You'll Bring:

Prior experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar accounts support role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately

A team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed

Confident communication skills and a proactive attitude

Experience using accounting or ERP systems preferred
