The Cotswolds Retirement Village is located in the tranquil and picturesque suburb of North Turramurra. We offer 89 Independent Living Units and 40 Assisted Living Apartments. Our purpose is to provide care and services to our residents when they need it, whilst offering every opportunity to live life to the fullest. Qualifications & experience

Strong computer skills

Experience in a similar role is a benefit

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in any situation.

Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride personal appearance.

Current Police Check certificate

Current flu vaccination and full vaccination against COVID19

Tasks & responsibilities

Responsible to manage the reception; telephones, emails, mail delivery.

Diary management for the village activities calendar.

Update of all reporting registers (Excel).

Minute taking and meeting preparation.

Power Point presentations.
