Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, the Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for implementing organisational development initiatives and supporting the broader People and Culture strategy. This includes administering learning processes, coordinating training programs, and managing the associated budget.
Requirements for the role:
A Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) or relevant qualification/ working to attain or relative experience is desirable.
Proven experience in learning and development or training coordination.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
Budget management experience, with the ability to optimise resources for maximum impact.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
A passion for developing others and a genuine interest in driving organisational growth.
