As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a Learning and Development Officer to join our team. This role is key to cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. You’ll work closely with our L&D Manager to coordinate, design, and implement training programs across our business.

What you’ll do:

Design and deliver training content with subject matter experts

Coordinate internal/external training sessions and logistics

Maintain procedural documentation and learning resources

Support on-the-job training, inductions, and mentoring

Engage with schools and industry through career expos and work experience programs

What you’ll bring:

Experience in L&D, training coordination, or similar

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Confidence with digital learning tools and systems

A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
