Salary Package: $70k-$80k Base + Shift Loading + Super + OT ($100k+ Package)
Role Highlights: Take the next step in your production career, as the Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the overall success of the business, with full training and ongoing career development.

Role Overview

Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

Reporting to a supportive & experienced Production Manager, you will enjoy full training on the day shift initially for up to 3 months before moving across to the night shift, where you will be responsible for:

• Motivating and empowering your team of up to 30 staff to ensure efficient production and meeting deadlines.
• Planning and scheduling production tasks, keeping your team informed and organized.
• Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to strict GMP, safety standards and best practices.
• Jumping in and helping your team when needed, demonstrating strong hands-on skills.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth operation.

Candidate Profile

• You are an experienced production team leader, supervisor or operator ready to take the next step in your career.
• You have experience in FMCG and understand the fast-paced nature, and importance of quality and safety when working with food products.
