FMT is on the lookout for a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing and warehouse operations—supporting both our trusted Fuel Management Systems and the exciting rollout of our new EV product range.

What You’ll Get:

Hands-on experience supervising a small team in electronics manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Competitive Salary: $85,000–$95,000 + Super (based on experience)

How You’ll Contribute:

Supervise daily production and warehouse operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Working with the sales team to align production schedules with customer requirements, ensuring efficient resource allocation for electronics assembly, testing, and packaging.

Lead a team, provide coaching, and ensure best practices.

Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics.

Monitor warehouse layout and implement improvements for space optimisation

Collaborate with R&D for continuous improvement and maintain safety standards.

What You Bring:

Proven supervisory experience, ideally in electronics manufacturing.

Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach.

Knowledge of production processes, electronics, and warehouse management.

Formal qualification in electronics.

Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
