SprintSuite is an all-in-one ERP platform purpose-built for contractors in mining, shutdowns, and heavy engineering. We're replacing clunky spreadsheets and outdated systems with sleek, user-friendly workflows that keep field teams and head office in sync.
🔧 What you’ll be doing
Prospect into mining contractors, engineering firms, and asset maintenance companies
Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email)
Book discovery calls and product demos for our sales team
Use HubSpot to track conversations and maintain CRM hygiene
Research accounts and personalise messaging to stand out
Support marketing campaigns and events with follow-up calls/emails
Hit weekly activity and monthly demo booking targets
🙌 What we’re looking for
3-4 years of sales or customer-facing experience (SDR, retail, hospitality or similar)
Excellent communication skills — confident on the phone and in writing
Self-motivated and resilient — can take feedback and run with it
Organised with strong attention to detail in CRM and follow-up
Interest in SaaS, mining, or engineering industries a plus
