About the Role
Able Trailers is looking for an ambitious and resilient Sales Representative to join our high-growth team in Balcatta. This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced role where you’ll manage the entire sales process from start to finish — from lead generation through to post-sale support.

Success in this role requires a high tolerance for fluctuating waves of business and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. We're seeking someone proactive, customer-focused, and ready to grow alongside us as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities

Manage and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities

Provide outstanding customer service and technical support throughout every stage of the sales cycle

Collaborate closely with the wider team to contribute to overall company sales strategies and goals

Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the Able Trailers brand and network with potential clients

Accurately maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Support marketing initiatives by assisting with the development of sales materials and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in a sales role, ideally within the trailer, automotive, or heavy equipment industries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust

Strong product knowledge and confidence in providing technical advice to customers

Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-moving environment

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required
