PRA is working with an established SaaS company that provides end-to-end solutions for equipment and asset-intensive businesses. With a strong footprint across Australia and New Zealand, they’re looking to grow their sales team by hiring a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate pipeline and support continued growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who’s hungry to learn, confident on the phone, and ready to step into a company with clear pathways for progression.

Salary: $70k–$80k + Super | OTE $120k

What You’ll Bring

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role
• Confident communicator – both written and verbal
• Comfortable making outbound calls and running discovery conversations
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow in tech sales

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across the ANZ market
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and generate interest
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and events
• Maintain accurate records and activity levels in the CRM system
