We are looking for experienced Chefs to join our new Latin fusion inspired kitchen team! Roca Brisbane will be a bar, restaurant and function space located in Brisbane's inner city suburb of Spring Hill. The Roca Brisbane kitchen will serve a modern latin fusion menu in a funky and fun space.

We are looking for someone who has,

• the ability to work as part of a team and coordinate tasks with others
• strong communication skills
• attention to detail
• good organisational and planning skills
• the ability to work efficiently while under time pressure
• creativity and an imaginative approach to food presentation.

3+ years’ culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required for this role. Experience and knowledge in latin cuisine is essential.

This position will be Monday to Friday so it will suit an individual that is looking to have weekends free. Evening work is required, however the kitchen is closed at 9pm.
