About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team and contribute to the continued success of the business. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, liaising with internal teams and clients, and ensuring accuracy in pricing and project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in estimating within the construction, windows, or doors industry and a strong understanding of Australian building standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates for aluminium window and door projects
• Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and client requirements
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure competitive pricing
• Provide technical advice and support to the sales and production teams
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry regulations and company policies

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in Australia, preferably within windows, doors, or a related industry
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and technical drawings
• Proficiency in estimating software (industry-specific software experience is highly regarded)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full Australian working rights
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
