This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Estimator/Scheduler to join our growing team at Anderson Construction. Based in Mandurah, you will play a crucial part in the planning and delivery of our construction projects in the industrial, commercial, and mining industries. Your expertise in construction estimating and scheduling will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our operations.

The Role:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for a range of construction projects

Develop comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to collect and analyse data

Continuously monitor and update estimates and schedules as projects progress

Identify potential risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies

Prepare, execute and monitor supplier purchase orders for ongoing projects

Provide clear and concise reporting to senior management

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our estimating and scheduling processes

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience as an Estimator / Scheduler wthin the industrial, commercial and mining non processing infrastructure construction sectors

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, labour, and equipment costs

Proficiency in estimating project scheduling software

Excellent planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
