About the role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Construction Coordinators will act as the interface between construction Contractors, owners Teams, and Engineering Service Provider (ESP) throughout all stages of the construction programme. The package of work consists of a network of haul roads, Bulk earthworks, Tailings dam construction as well as some Non-Process Infrastructure. We are looking for suitable candidates (potentially 3) with considerable Civil (Bulk earth works, Tailings ponds), and | or NPI experience. Ideally the preferred candidate would have a background in both. A working knowledge of Dieback management would be an advantage for this role.

What Qualifications Do I Require?
• Applicable Trade Certificate or Technical Training (Civil, Bulk Earthworks, Construction - NPI)
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management (Preferred)
• Completion of BSBWHS414 and BSBWHS411 (Preferred)
• Greater than 10 years related industry experience.
• Greater than 5 years in similar field or supervisory position.
• Civil or NPI construction experience.
• Experience within Mine Site Construction or Heavy Industry (Favourable)
• Client-side management experience preferred.
