Core Talent are looking for expereinced Civil Supervisors for long term work on an ongoing 2/1 roster to join our clients team. This client delivers projects on a large scale and are well known. We are ideally looking for someone with a strong work wthic and a good team player.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 3+ years experience within civil, earthworks and mining operations
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to supervise and work well within a team enviroment
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug screening
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Complete daily diaries, take 5 reports, shift reports, and other administrative documentation.
- Leading a team
- Program works 1 to 2 weeks ahead for effective project planning.
- Proven experience as a supervisor in civil construction projects.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
