Your Opportunity:

Based in either Acacia Ridge or West End (you get to choose!), this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad and varied Accounts Assistant role in a supportive, tight-knit team.

You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day accounting activities across accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reporting. You'll be backed by approachable leadership and work closely with external accountants to ensure accurate, timely financial operations. What You'll Do:

• Manage AP and AR processes
• Process payroll for 15 staff (FT, PT, and casual)
• Handle credit card reconciliations and fuel card transactions
• Enter stock into accounting systems
• Support external accountants with month-end reporting tasks, including running reports and assisting with P&L preparation
• Perform collection calls and assist with payment runs

Who You Are:

• You have 2-3 years' experience in a similar accounting support role
• You're detail-oriented and comfortable working across AP/AR, payroll, and reporting
• You're confident working with external accountants and thrive in a collaborative, family-feel environment
• You enjoy variety and being trusted to take ownership of tasks
• You're familiar with accounting/payroll systems
