They’re now seeking a seasoned and visionary General Manager to drive their business strategy, performance, and culture in partnership with passionate and engaged business owners.

The Opportunity
As General Manager, your mission is to lead and inspire. You’ll oversee daily operations and guide a high-performing leadership team, aligning all departments—from sales and manufacturing to finance, product, HR, and compliance—with the company’s growth strategy.

Your Focus Will Include:

• Executing and evolving the company’s strategic and operational plans
• Coaching and developing a high-performing management team
• Overseeing financial performance: gross margin, cost control, production efficiency, and sales growth
• Enhancing customer experience and brand reputation
• Ensuring full compliance across quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Representing the company in the business and local community

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in general or operations management within manufacturing
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and growing a business
• Sound knowledge of LEAN, HACCP, ISO, and GMP
