Join Our Client, a Leader in Precision Agriculture!

Our client is a prominent name in the Precision Agriculture industry, specialising in innovative in-furrow liquid application equipment. With a robust domestic market and expanding export opportunities, they are looking for a dedicated individual to join their team.

Position Overview: They are seeking a skilled Finance Officer to manage all accounting and payroll functions, while also supporting management in day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping tasks using NetSuite ERP
• Invoicing and Accounts Receivable, including follow-ups on late payments
• Accounts Payable
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• Payroll processing, including Workcover and Superannuation
• Inventory Journals
• End of Month Journals
• BAS Preparation and Submission
• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports
• Conduct EOFY Reconciliations

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Certificate IV in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Extensive accounts/bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone manner
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Team player who is proactive in seeking help and offering support

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience with NetSuite ERP
• Familiarity with foreign currencies
• Experience with inventory systems
• Knowledge of payroll systems, including calculations for Superannuation and Workcover
