About Us:
We are seeking two skilled Finance Officers to join our team. These roles offer flexible hours and the opportunity to work as contractors or casual employees. We value expertise, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, purchasing data entry, and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with GST, Superannuation and Payroll legislation and regulations.

Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate financial records and provide general administrative support as required.

Provide HR-related support as needed including maintaining staff records and new staff inductions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting, or equivalent experience if not formally qualified.

Experience using MYOB and Microsoft Suite.

Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.

HR experience is highly desirable.
