E-COMMERCE RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT

We’re on the lookout for some bright, dedicated individuals to join our small, friendly team and help us grow together! As a young and dynamic company, established 13 years ago, we believe in supporting each other and building an inspiring work environment.

We are a steadily growing company specialising in outdoor furniture and electric fireplace, with our own website, showroom and warehouse, also active presence across multiple online platforms. We're now looking for someone who is open, friendly, responsible and confident in communication, to support our team with customer service, eCommerce operations and day to day coordination.

What you’ll do:

Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional attitude.

Assist walk-in customers with selecting the perfect products and offer expert advice.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Generate quotes, process orders through Shopify, and manage invoices and stock inquiries.

Help check product listings and ensure correct information across platforms.

Assist with product uploads and content updates.

Maintain internal sales and order reports.

Handle general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 1-year experience in a retail role is preferred.

Comfortable with both phone and in-person customer service.

Experience in eCommerce or office support is a plus.

Open and bright personality, with a proactive and positive attitude

Quick thinker with an adaptable attitude in a dynamic, growing environment.

Full-time availability, ready to start immediately (40 hours per week).
