Retail Sales Assistant – Full Time & Casual Positions Available

Worklocker Coffs Harbour is searching for a full time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

The successful applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm. (Flexibility for Right Applicant) Saturdays also Available.

General duties include (but are not limited to):

Providing a 5-star customer service experience for all customers In-store and via phone & email.
Working on detailed quotes for uniform orders and being responsible for seeing orders through from start to finish.
Processing Inwards goods deliveries - unpacking, labelling, entering and restocking shelves.
Processing and packing online orders.
Ordering stock as required.
Organising embroidery & garment printing uniforms orders.
Working in a team environment.
Ensuring the store is always kept clean and tidy.
Visual merchandising and maintaining displays.
Stock control and stocktaking
Working alongside sales representatives and following warranty procedures.

About you!

Previous experience in a Retail environment (Sales & Customer Service)
Passionate about providing an exceptional customer service experience
Ability to problem solve and deliver solutions
High Attention to Detail & Computer Literacy Skills
Experience using a POS system
The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Honest, reliable & team orientated
