Seeking an Experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join the team at Adelaide Hills Firewatch Pty Ltd in Totness, SA. As a Retail Sales Assistant within our retail outlet "Essential Safety an Workwear " you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing needs in our retail store as well as looking after an online portal

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answering customer enquiries and providing product knowledge and recommendations

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently via Pos Systems

Orders, Inventory checks, pricing updates on stock

Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment

Restocking and replenishing product displays as needed

Adhering to company policies and procedures

Providing excellent customer service at all times

Meeting Monthly sales targets

Back up support to Sales and marketing

What we're looking for

Persons Available for a Full time 40 hour Week

Minimum Certificate 11 in Retail.

Experience in a Retail Light Industry situations, Willing to learn product and Inventory Knowledge in a Safety and Workwear Store.

Skilled Computer intelligence and previous experience with Inventory software.

Ability to manage Tenders and organise stock for sale.

Onsite Shop housekeeping of Retail fit out , store stock management and inventory incoming and outgoing.

Physical ability for unpacking and moving stock to 15kg.

Cash and banking Experience.

Availability for intermittent Saturday Rosters

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Energetic persons willing to embrace a face pace environment

Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently
