Location: Lost Designer, Toorak

About the Role

As a pivotal member of our luxury consignment boutique, you’ll bridge high-touch retail service with digital storytelling for our curated collection of designer bags, jewelry, and fashion. This role is equal parts creative (content creation, photography) and operational (consignment processing, inventory management) – perfect for someone who loves fashion, working with high end designer and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Content & E-Commerce

- Photograph luxury items daily (bags, accessories, jewellery)

- Produce 3-5 social media posts/week (Reels, TikToks, Stories) showcasing new arrivals and behind-the-scenes moments

- Edit content using Lightroom/Canva (basic skills required

- Manage online orders and update product listings with accurate luxury brand details

2. Consignment Operations

- Process new consignments: barcode items, tag with designer details, and prepare for photography

- Assist clients bringing in items with a friendly, professional demeanor

- Maintain organized inventory records and support stock replenishment

3. Retail Excellence

- Provide knowledgeable assistance to in-store customers (training on luxury brands provided)

- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards for our high-value pieces

Our Ideal Candidate

- Has 1+ year experience in retail, e-commerce, or content creation (fashion/luxury preferred but not required)

- Brings basic photography skills (smartphone photography acceptable) and an eye for aesthetics

- Is tech-savvy with Instagram/TikTok and willing to learn our consignment systems

- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail

- Holds a current police check or wiling to apply for one when needed.

Schedule

- Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: 10:30am–6pm (7h + 30m break)

- Saturday: 11am–5pm (5.5h + 30m break)

Note: This is an on-site role – our photography studio and consignment process require in-person work.
