Work Health & Safety and HR Advisor- Aged Care - Brisbane

We are currently recruiting for a Work Health & Safety and HR Advisor for a small Aged Care organisation in Brisbane.

We are seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety and HR Advisor who will manage the WHS & Injury Management portfolios and perform a range of other generalist HR-related functions, reporting to the People & Culture Director.

This is a very varied role and would also suit someone starting out in their WHS career.

Overview:

Reporting to the people and culture director

Full time, permanent role

Flexible with daily working hours (start & finish times)

Salary $83,000- $85,000 + super + NFP salary packaging benefits

Hybrid - 2 days a week working from home and the other three days in the head office in Brisbane city

Fuel reimbursement provided

Requirements:

Experience in a smiliar role is essential

Aged Care WHS experience not essential

Must be across all legislation and have an understanding of WHS policies

Must be a consultative and collaborative in your approach to WHS

Strong attention to detail and great communication skills

Must be comfortable with conducting internal WHS audits and driving WHS initiatives based on audit outcomes
