The Role
We’re after a mature, confident Head Chef who leads from the front. Someone who brings strong a la carte experience, calm under pressure, and a love of mentoring others. You'll help us bring soul and substance to our alpine offering this winter.

🧀 Villager – Modern European dining with snow-globe views, open for lunch and dinner.
🍗 Little Villager – A street-level bakery and grab-and-go hub serving legendary toasties and our signature Buller Fried Chicken.
