Customer Relations Officer – Head Office (Woolloongabba)

Full-Time | $60,000 to $65,000 + Commission | Mon–Fri 9am–5pm

Casphone, a leading name in tech repairs with over 30 locations across Australia, is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to join our energetic Head Office team in Woolloongabba.

This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role ideal for someone who is organised, confident on the phone, and driven to convert leads into sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Monitor and manage all customer enquiries received daily across our 30 Casphone stores.

Call and follow up with every potential customer — whether they want to sell a phone or book a repair.

Negotiate device buyback pricing and coordinate with the nearest store for drop-off.

Discuss repair options, quote pricing, and book the customer into a nearby location.

Advise each store when a customer is coming, including what has been quoted and agreed.

Follow up consistently to maximise conversion rates and ensure smooth handovers to the store teams.

Able to work independently without constant supervision.

Strong communication skills and genuine passion for customer experience.

Experience in tech retail, inbound sales or service coordination is a bonus.
