Town and Country Coaches is excited to announce the acquisition of Brisbane Minibus Charter to compliment our existing business. As part of our exciting growth journey we are looking for an additional Customer Relations Officer in our Charter Division to grow with us as we expand our fleet and client offering.

Key qualifications we are looking for include:

Previous experience in an office/school administration role or travel/hospitality would align well with this position

Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail

Willingness to learn new computer programs - Xero, Team Up and industry specific software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - via phone, email and in person

Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

Generating quotes, bookings and invoices per company guidelines

Liaising with customers regarding charter/quote requirements and 'day of operations' details to ensure the best possible travel experience

Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records

Performing additional administrative duties as required

Providing support to the Charter Manager, Quality Manager and Managing Director

This is a full time position based at our Burbank office.
