Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
$76,808 - $82,140 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 2) + Superannuation

Are you ready to make a positive impact in the community through exceptional customer service? As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.
This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

Application Criteria
Ability to work as an effective member of a team in a fast paced and high-volume work environment and demonstrated ability to show initiative to ensure workload is completed in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a customer-centric approach in handling requests, complaints, inquiries, and transactions both in-person and within a call centre setting.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and show sensitivity in customer service, relating to diverse individuals, including those with complex needs, while treating all customers fairly and respectfully.
