Location: Darwin, NT | 4 days per week

Salary: $95,450.26 per annum + Super (11.5%) + Salary packaging option and 5 weeks annual leave

Join a dynamic team providing essential mental health support to young people (12-25 years) experiencing early psychosis. You’ll offer therapeutic interventions, assessments, case management, and evidence-based treatments in a multidisciplinary setting, with a focus on recovery-oriented care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, risk management, and provide clinical interventions for young people with psychosis.
• Deliver youth-friendly, culturally sensitive, and family-inclusive mental health care.
• Work with families to ensure safety and care planning.
• Participate in community events and continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain high-quality, timely records.

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualification and 1+ years’ experience in a health-related field.
• Registered with AHPRA or relevant professional body (e.g., AASW for social workers).
• Experience with mental health assessments, risk management, and evidence-based treatments.
• Passion for working with young people, including Aboriginal youth, in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
