• Proven experience in solution sales—bonus points if it’s in comms, tech or systems
• A genuine hunter’s mindset and the discipline to run your own plan
• Some exposure to telecoms, radio comms, LTE or satellite—or the willingness to learn fast
• Confidence speaking with both techs on site and execs in the boardroom

• $110k–$130k base + vehicle + uncapped commission
