About the Role

This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency of our operations, the success of our five staff members, and the ongoing satisfaction of our clients.

As the Operations Manager, you will:

Lead and manage the existing support team, fostering a high-performance culture

Enhance client retention strategies, ensuring a seamless client experience

Conduct systems analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement

Oversee settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Implement best practices to improve workflow efficiency and business operations

Help maintain strong relationships with referral partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration between businesses

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Strong leadership and team management skills

3+ years in a similar broker support role or as a mortgage broker

Cert 4 / diploma in finance and mortgage broking favourable

Prioritise client relationships and recognise the importance of relationship management and community engagement.

A proactive, change-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A commitment to enhancing client experience and operational efficiency

Strong time management skills (this is paramount)

The ability to prioritise and maintain key relationships with referral partners
