IFA Mortgages & Finance is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Broking Assistant to join our dynamic, award-winning team.

About the Role

In this diverse and fast-paced position, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end lending process. Working closely with our brokers and support staff, your day-to-day will involve:

Assisting with loan processing, application lodgements and lender follow-ups

Managing document handling and compliance requirements

Coordinating client communications and ensuring a smooth customer journey

Supporting the drafting of mortgage strategies and recommendation documents

Maintaining inbox management, appointment scheduling and multi-tasking across platforms

Working in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems to support operational flow

This is a progressive role with opportunities to grow within the business. A strong interest in finance, lending, or small business operations is essential. Prior experience is welcome, but we’re equally open to driven applicants looking to start fresh in the industry.

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and a passion for client and financial services

Comfortable working with digital systems and Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)

Background in financial education, admin, or customer support is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

A team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment
