About the role

Axia Finance Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organised Mortgage Broking Assistant to join our team in Port Adelaide, SA. This is a part-time role that will support our experienced mortgage brokers in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Mortgage Broking Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the mortgage application process, ensuring a seamless experience for both our brokers and customers.

What you'll be doing

Assisting mortgage brokers with client onboarding and documentation collection

Preparing and submitting mortgage applications to lenders

Communicating with clients to gather required information and updates

Maintaining accurate records and file management

Providing administrative support to the mortgage broking team

What we're looking for

Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written

Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry, preferably as a mortgage broking assistant or administrator

Proficiency in using mortgage application software and Microsoft Office suite

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
