As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping external event partners successfully promote their shows through digital campaigns and branded content. Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you’ll support campaign rollouts, create compelling digital assets, and coordinate across multiple teams to make sure marketing activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What you'll do:

• Help deliver engaging marketing campaigns for a range of exciting events
• Create and send email campaigns using specialist software
• Work with event organisers to promote shows via paid and owned digital channels
• Brief creative teams, check and edit content, and manage approvals
• Support the delivery of campaign schedules using project management tools
• Contribute to content creation and social media planning
• Provide general administrative support across the marketing function

What we're looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Events or a related area
• 1–2 years of experience or relevant internship in marketing, ideally in events, arts or entertainment
• A team player with great organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Confidence with digital tools and platforms (e.g. social media, email software, CMS, Microsoft Office)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn from others
