The Role
Are you a natural relationship builder who loves helping businesses succeed? We're looking for an energetic and results-driven Customer Success Manager Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll manage a portfolio of valued customers, working closely with them to drive growth and retention while supporting the broader team with outreach, admin tasks, and marketing initiatives.

You'll play a key role in engaging customers at every stage of their journey, uncovering opportunities, solving challenges, and ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is motivated by hitting targets, and is passionate about creating win-win outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own Customer Relationships: Manage a portfolio of 80-120 customers, building trust and ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Drive Engagement: Lead strategic conversations with customers via virtual and in-person meetings to uncover opportunities, address challenges, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Understand your customers' business goals and craft tailored roadmaps to help them succeed, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Spot Opportunities: Identify ways customers can expand their use of products and services to grow their business, and work on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Solve Problems: Proactively address risks and resolve issues by partnering with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Add Value: Share marketing and audience management best practices, helping customers optimize their strategies and campaigns.
  • Support the Team: Collaborate on outreach initiatives, maintain accurate customer data, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Customer-First Mindset: A track record of building strong relationships with clients and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Sales and Account Management Skills: Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with a focus on driving growth and retention.
  • Excellent Communication: Confidence in presenting strategies, negotiating outcomes, and navigating complex conversations with ease.
  • Organization and Adaptability: Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with email marketing, CRM, or SaaS tools (or a willingness to learn quickly).
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).
