About the role - Lead Operations Coordinators

Take full responsibility for managing and investigating Information Security incidents.

Duties

• Providing support to business areas as a capability SME in support of operational activities.
• Triaging and processing alerting regarding the health and operational functions of the fleet.
• Ensuring workloads regarding the fleet are captured appropriately through Jira.

Skills / Experience

• Experience with Cyber and Information risk management within a major organisation or across a range of clients.
• Experience supervising the production of Information Security requirements for third parties and/or conducts compliance reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause problem analysis in a complex environment or system; and demonstrated experience in using automation to improve operational processes.
