An exciting opportunity awaits to join an established and market-leading Private Owner. Our client boasts an enviable portfolio of shopping centres and now requires a dynamic and passionate Tenancy Coordinator to join their team working on their Western Australian retail portfolio.

The Position

• Manage the Tenancy Coordination process for retail tenants by Fitout Guidelines and Lease Agreements
• Manage External Design Consultants to ensure Lessor obligations are complied with
• Ensure ongoing changes are anticipated and managed effectively
• Coordination and strategic support for the preparation of operational budget and forecasts
• Work closely with the Leasing team regarding tenancy coordination

The Criteria

This role requires someone who can plan, achieve high workloads, meet deadlines, develop and implement systems.

• Proven Tenancy Coordination experience within retail shopping centres
• Must have strong initiative and project management skills; can manage a range of priorities and projects
• Ability to understand plans and technical data
• Strong management skills
• Ability to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximise efficiency and performance
• High Levels of Contract Negotiation, Management and Project Management Skills
