As our team grows, we're seeking a skilled and reliable Level 2 IT Support Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable supporting both general helpdesk operations and mission-critical SaaS platforms used by some of our high-profile customers.
The Role
This is a blended support role that includes traditional L2 IT support and hands-on involvement with a specialised cloud-based notification and workflow platform used by some of our enterprise customers for critical communications.
You’ll work closely with our senior engineers and client stakeholders to help configure, support, and maintain these systems, alongside broader desktop, server, and network support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for desktop, server, networking, and cloud-based environments
Troubleshoot and support a web-based communications platform used in time-sensitive operational contexts
Perform account configuration, testing, and monitoring within SaaS environments
Document configuration changes and update customer records using our PSA (Halo)
Assist with onboarding new customers and contribute to the knowledge base
Participate in after-hours support rotations as required (with appropriate compensation)
We’re looking for someone who has:
2+ years of experience in an IT support role, ideally within an MSP or enterprise environment
Solid troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
Experience supporting cloud-based platforms (SaaS), ideally with some exposure to alerting systems or workflow tools
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work calmly during high-pressure events
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A passion for learning new technologies and working with varied systems
Nice to have (but not essential):
Experience with Linux and SQL Databases.
Exposure to ITIL practices or incident management frameworks
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
Any relevant industry certifications
