We are on the lookout for a Customer Service superstar to join our friendly team!

Your job will be to help the team ensure the best possible flow of product from Inwards Goods to Dispatch. Our goal is to make sure the right product is in the right place at the right time, every time.

You will get to:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer enquiries
- Provide customer with accurate information
- Process sales orders into Pronto
- Generate quotes as requested
- Manage customer expectations with lead times and delays or problems with their orders

About the person
Previous customer service or purchasing experience would be very useful but more important is to be enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude and a great team player. If you have a great attitude and a desire to learn then we can train you!
Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a effective team
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with Pronto highly regarded
