Job Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)

Start Date: June–July 2025

About Us:

The Inclusive Movement is a lived-experience-led organisation working across regional WA to build more inclusive, accessible, and connected communities. We deliver disability awareness training, inclusion consultancy, advocacy, and neuroaffirming education. Our team is passionate about empowering people with disability and creating systemic change through education, representation, and community capacity-building.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and values-aligned Inclusion Consultant & Content Developer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape inclusive practices across schools, organisations, and community groups, and help us grow our training and consultancy work.

You’ll work closely with our Director and team to develop high-quality, accessible content and support inclusion consulting projects across WA – particularly those focused on neurodivergence, disability rights, and human-centred practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver inclusive consultancy tools, training, and frameworks

• Create engaging, neuroaffirming content for workshops, e-learning, and community presentations

• Collaborate on inclusive projects in community settings (location dependent)

• Write blogs, resources, and reports using inclusive and accessible language

• Support internal staff training and practice development

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in disability, education, advocacy, allied health, or inclusion consulting

• Strong writing and content creation skills

• Deep understanding of neurodiversity and disability rights

• Bachelor-level qualification in a relevant field (Disability, Education, Allied Health, or Community Services) (Desirable)

• Lived experience of disability and/or neurodivergence is highly valued

• Ability to work independently and remotely, with flexible hours

• Familiarity with inclusive design, visual communication, or online platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Canva) is a bonus

Why Join Us?

• Family-friendly, flexible and inclusive work conditions

• Paid supervision and training

• Remote or hybrid options (Pilbara-based applicants encouraged, however remote applications will also be considered based on experience)

• Small, passionate team that values lived experience, accessibility and wellbeing

How to Apply:

Please email your resume and a short cover letter outlining your interest and experience to [email protected] by 30 May 2025.
