✨ THE GIG – AKA WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

You’ll be helping awesome people in the community live their best lives, in ways that matter to them. You’ll bring the energy, empathy, and encouragement – we’ll bring the support, training, and fun.

Here’s how you'll be making a difference:

🎯 Helping participants kick goals – big and small – in their homes and communities
🎉 Getting out and about – think cafes, classes, activities, shopping trips, and more
🧼 Supporting personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness
💊 Administering medications as per support plans (don’t worry, we train you up!)
💬 Communicating in meaningful, inclusive ways – we meet people where they’re at
🚗 Driving participants to and from their daily adventures using your car or one of our funky-modified Crosslinks vehicles

You’ll work with the same clients regularly, so you can build genuine connections and see their growth firsthand.

🚗 Driver’s licence + your own reliable transport

📄 Willingness to get your Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid Certificate (we’ll help guide you)
