The Role
This is a hands-on operational role for a finance and administration professional who thrives on accuracy, structure, and supporting business success. You’ll manage daily financial operations, accounts payable and receivable, complex sales reconciliations, and key administration functions that keep the business running smoothly. This is a permanent part-time role requiring 30 hours per week, offered flexibly across 4 or 5 days depending on your preference.
Working closely with the Chief Operations Officer, leadership team, and sales teams, you’ll drive financial accuracy, process improvement, and operational efficiency with clarity and focus.
Your duties:
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily financial operations
Reconcile complex sales data and prepare financial reports
Maintain accurate invoicing, payment follow-ups, and financial record-keeping
Support fleet, asset, and team expense management
Coordinate travel and business expense processes across the team
Assist with pricing management, claims processing, and audit preparation
Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems
Support compliance with financial policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings attention to detail, discipline, and a passion for operational excellence.
Minimum 3 years in a finance or administration role (accounts focus preferred)
Strong MYOB or similar accounting software experience
Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Ability to problem solve and improve processes independently
High-level organisational and time-management skills
