We are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Officer to join our team for a 6-month maternity backfill contract, commencing late June 2025.

Our Finance Officer is responsible for providing a high degree of service to our staff and members of the school community and running finance functions effectively and efficiently.

This is a part-time position, 22.8 hours per week, preferably across 4 days, with a requirement to work Mondays.

About you:

The successful applicant must have demonstrated experience in a variety of finance functions and be able to quickly and efficiently learn systems and processes.

You will be joining a tight-knit team and will need to be able to work well both independently and as a team-player. You will need excellent customer service skills and a willingness to help and support staff.

We value a can-do attitude and experience working across a variety of tasks and functions, including cashiering, end-of-month processes and AP/purchasing.

You must hold, or be able to obtain, a paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
