We require an Account Manager who possesses excellent time management, organisational skills and able to work independently. This is a fulltime position with weekly hours of 38 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a good culture and symbiotic connection between safety awareness/risk management and skill growth with employees

Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; cashflows

Maintain all databases including financial reports & prepare profit and loss to drive business forward

All attributes of payroll processing

Oversee Administration Officer and allocate tasks as required

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Duties:

Accounts Receivable (Client Invoicing, Debtor Payments, Client Purchase Orders, client delivery dockets)

Debtor Financing

Debtor payment receipting

Credit Applications

Superannuation, PAYG and BAS lodgements

Profit and Loss reporting

Bank Audits

Bank Applications

Reconcile Bank Accounts

Incident Report Filing

Cashflow Forecast

Payroll

Skills and Qualifications (Essential):

Must have extensive Microsoft experience.

Must Have good communication skills.

Work well under pressure.

Has experience in processing Payroll.

Has a formal qualification in Bookkeeping as a minimum.

Has experience in processing personnel and scheduling.

Is proficient in XERO or similar accounting programs.

Must be proficient in tracking expenses and internal budgeting.

Has general knowledge in communications within and outside the company.

Has skill in creating reports for management utilising MS office programs.

Has experience with Management systems and how they work as well as the ability to suggest and make changes to relevant portions of the Management System.

Skills and Qualifications (Preferred but not essential):

Experience with Coupa

Understanding of Factoring Processes
