The Role

As an account manager working collaboratively within our Sales Team, you will actively manage allocated customer accounts nationally and locally. You will strive to achieve high targets for customer retention and profitable revenue growth.

The role is perfect for someone with a dynamic and engaging personality who can work independently and is ready to learn, grow and deliver the results required to support our growing client base.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with our new business team, supporting discovery, implementation, and growth of new business opportunities.

Develop a solid understanding of your customer's business and operations and their current and future market strategies.

Build and maintain strong business relationships at all user levels and develop strong networks with internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the commercial outcomes of your portfolio, and your strong communication skills will serve you well with internal and external stakeholders.

This external role is based out of our Perth (Wangara) office and involves in-person, phone, and email conversations with existing and new clients; you are expected to represent our brand with respect and integrity during those interactions.

An unrestricted driver's license is required to be considered for this role.

About You

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

Demonstrated experience in a similar account management role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong sales skills.

Strong internal and external influencing skills.

You are naturally curious and goal-orientated.

You have a strong track record for sales and sales negotiation.

Demonstrated desire towards continuous learning.

You have strong time and priority management.

Ability to work within a cohesive and collaborative team.
