We need your help.
Are you an experienced office manager or administrator ready for the next challenge? Then we might be the people for you. We have been a bit busy recently and need someone to get us organised, and soon.
Business Foundations provides business advisory, mentoring and training services to business owners, from those starting their own micro-enterprise right through to organisations employing hundreds of people. We operate across Western Australia, have an office in Melbourne, and work everywhere from downtown Fremantle to remote Aboriginal communities.
This is an important role for us, so we are looking for someone who enjoys keeping everything organised, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to work with a friendly and professional team.
The position is full-time, with flexibility in terms of which days and hours are worked in Fremantle.
The main duties of the position are:
• Leading the coordination of office operations, including facilities management and reception duties;
• Managing the administrative aspects of tenders, contracts, and reports for government-funded programs;
• Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors;
• Maintaining and organising our digital filing system;
• Troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues and liaising with external providers;
• Coordinating team meetings, sub-committees, and internal events;
• Board paper preparation for finalisation before board meetings;
• Managing travel bookings and other administrative requirements to support the team.
