Our client is an established technology consultancy specialising in infrastructure, cyber security & advisory services. Due to recent success and planned expansion, they've created this brand new role. This is a full sales cycle role with 80% focus on new business and 20% managing existing accounts. You will be targeting businesses within the mid-market vertical.

Responsibilities:

  • Full sales cycle; prospecting to close & account management
  • Business development; generating/qualifying leads, cold calling, mailing campaigns
  • Develop channel & referral partnerships
  • Book meetings, run discovery sessions & presentations
  • Attend industry events to promote business & generate leads
  • Follow up on leads, objection handle and close out deals
  • Identify opportunities to up and cross-sell
  • Maintain healthy sales pipeline of current and future business
  • Inbound; respond to incoming interest from partners & prospects

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial business development experience
  • Technology sales experience, specifically consultanting or advisory
  • Infrastructure or cyber security industry experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience across the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Experience with business development tools
  • Experience working with channel partners to generate leads & referrals
