The Mary Ellen hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment. We have been operating for approximately 3yearss since the re-opening, and have built a great reputation with a loyal client base. We have a classic menu selection of both traditional pub food along with more technical dishes to cater to everyone's taste and budget. Days off are uninterrupted, consecutive, and the same week to week Our current Sous Chef is stepping into a Head chef role and would be looking for the same career path for the next Sous Chef to join our team. I feel that this position would ideally suit someone looking to take the next step in their career. We have a great team who enjoy both the job and working alongside like-minded chefs.
